What Is Prunus Persica Fruit Extract?
Peach fruit extract is derived from the peach, or Prunus persica. Peaches are grown throughout the United States and in other countries. The fruit can be harvested between April and October, depending on the type of peach and where it grows. The U.S. is one of the largest peach producers in the world; California, South Carolina, Georgia and New Jersey lead U.S. production.[1]
